Rental Contract

With this vehicle handover form, A-Is has received the vehicle with the qualifications and number plates written on ten pages with the provisions of the form and its appendix.
B-1) The supplier will manufacture the vehicle for which he is the owner of the operating rights for the period specified in the delivery note provided that the following conditions are met. The recipient declares and accepts that he likes the vehicle by first checking and inspecting it and that the vehicle is intact, undamaged and free from defects of any kind. In addition, there is a spare wheel, spare tire, jack, all the necessary details according to the Highway Code, radio in perfect condition, relevant documents (driver's license, card, etc.) and all the complete accessories. The insolvency administrator received all these data of the counted person and the property owner together with the vehicle.
